I am 23 and suffer from some unusual sleeping problems as I do not follow normal sleep patterns/cycles. Whereas most people get tired at the same time each day, I find that my sleep/wake cycle extends between 2/4 hours each day.

Hi,I am 21 years old, and have been having night terrors since I was 14 or 15. They started out with an incredibly high pitched series of shrieks at the top of my lungs, followed by jumping out of bed and running down the hallway out of my bedroom. The morning after a sleep terror it is hard to remember if it actually happened or not. I generally remember if one happens, but I usually don't remember many details. I tend to experience these night terrors when I am very overtired or stressed out.

Hi jojo,
I understand it's a big problem. But you can remove this disorder easily. I've experienced trouble in sleeping too. I found this site www.cognitivetreatments.com a few days ago on the net. I would recommend it because it help you change your thinking pattern. You can get to sleep fast, get more high-quality sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed! Its drug-free approach helps you maintain your body's natural sleep patterns.

Hey jojoj,

Have you tried to sleep in a different room? Maybe you could try lying down on the couch in the living room at night and sleeping there? I think that this will very much help you.
